By using Lattern you agree to these terms.

The app

Lattern is a daily memory puzzle provided by J&B Creations. We offer it as-is and do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Lattern makes no medical, cognitive, or brain-training claims, it's a calm daily ritual, nothing more.

Lattern+ (subscriptions & lifetime)

• Lattern+ is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its services.

Your content

Lattern stores your play history on your device. You're responsible for your device and any backups; deleting the app removes its local data.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer & liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lattern is provided without warranties, and J&B Creations is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
